I have windows live mail chatted with someone at Microsoft and the gave me a case number said i needed to contact you as this is complicated.
when it is downloading the emailing on the bottom it says error and if i did not receive all of my emails i click send and receive and it send the rest of my emails

sometimes the error will go away by itself and then it downloads all of the same emails agin without me even doing anything
