My wife and I share a computer.  We each have our own email accounts.  I seem to have locked her out of her email account.  While working on her account with her permission, a tablet came up asking me to sign in with my address and password, which I did.  When she next tried to use her email this tablet reappeared.  She does not have a Microsoft password and the only way she could access her account was by me completing the details with my email address and password.  How can we remove this blockage?
