Help - I can't get my emails, or send them on Windows LIve mail

I have tried setting  up a new account, updated to Live Mail 2012, worked for a while then back to problems

Endless error messages - most often ending in 420CD, CCC90, and CCC0F

I have cleaned my registry using Iobit pro

My email account is with BT, and all mail is working on the BT Yahoo server, ipad, and older PC with Outlook express

Any help would be great - I can't spend any more time with this!
