I have windows live Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331):in the last week or so after i already have open and closed win Live Mail when I try to re-open I get the little rotating circle then it goes away but WLM doesn't open.Then I have to restart then everything is ok.BTW this doesn't happen everytime.I run win 8.1 64 bit
