I bought a new HP computer with 10 and had HP download (Windows Live Mail 12) into it a few days ago I have tried several passwords when I go to the WLM including my Windows Account password but I get a pop up each time saying Incorrect password. I called Microsoft and talked to them about my problem but they could not help me.
