I use Windows Live Mail for a Charter.net email account.  I am unable to receive email from 2 friends (out of 200) who are in my address book. I can email the 2 friends but they cannot email me or reply to me.  I can receive their email on Charter Webmail but their email will not come through Windows Live Mail.  Can you help me receive their mail?  This is not new.  I'm just tired of dealing with it.
