I am finding that about once a month any emails in my inbox have disappeared completely for no reason. I also have to press the recovered items box to get my storage folders back.

I am not sure if Windows updates are causing this, I am running Windows 10 but the same problem occurred with Windows8.1.

Can anybody please help.
