I am working on a computer with live mail. I can not open it with the users account, but I can run it as administrator.

when open as admin I can not look at mail. when trying to open mail it say "a problem occurred when trying to open this message. 

I have uninstalled the program essentials, followed Microsoft information,

and reinstalled essentials 1012. still will not work. after  reinstalling essentials and running it in admin mode

the user info is there. I have also use MR. Fix it.
