I am having a problem after some updates on 11/6/15, I simply cannot get windows live to open. I tried to contact microsoft and they said they couldn't help and have directed me here.

I have windows live 2011 and computer is windows 7.

It has been suggested to do a repair and a clean reboot, as well as system restore.

I have done all of the above and it won't open, I just get a continuous spinning blue circle.

I can't do a system restore as it wont restore before the date of the updates.

i'm thinking about deleting all of the updates, can I do this ????

Please help somebody, it is driving me crazy.
