My Email sporadically downloads to my computer. This is the message - Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F 

Have contacted Frontier, Yahoo, Webroot, Malware which they the problem is not on thier end. Microsoft has offered a $99 one time fee to see if they can resolve the problem. Appreciate any suggestions!
