Can anyone help please ?

I have purchased a new P.C with Windows 8 .

My Windows Live Mail ( Thru Telenor ) was functioning perfect until recently .

I cxannot delete permanently the deleted messgaes ... or empty the deleted messages folder .

'I can mark them and delete them all except one mail from Berlingske..wich it cannot not be remvoved . few minute later the deleted mails return to the floder . tries same many times and restarted tge PC same problem.
