There is an approximate 3-hour delay in getting/sending e-mails.  It is for all domains--all addresses.  I contacted my provider company, COX.  They said it was not on their end, that I'd need to contact Microsoft.  This is a huge problem because I work from home and rely exclusively on Windows Live Mail for incoming projects and communication.  Could someone help?
