I have a Lenovo with Win8.1 and Office 2013.

It has a modest mail functionality.  The question is in several parts:

1. Do I havw Windows Essentials and how do find out?

2. Do I have Windows Live Mail and how do I find out?

3. If I don't have Windows Mail Live, how do I download and install and how does effect the current mail functionality.

4. The goal is to move my XP PC outlook express folders to this laptop
