I still use Windows Live Mail 2012 (build 16.4.3563.0918) on a Windows 7 machine.  Yesterday, my Hotmail email account stopped synching with Live Mail.  My phone and older computer (similar setup) still receive Hotmail messages and I can log in using web access, so the Hotmail account seems to be working fine.

I have two other email accounts that I access with Windows Live Mail, both IMAP accounts, and they are still working just fine. 

The most similar old question to this was from 2012, and it didn't seem to directly apply.

Suggestions?
