We are using Windows Live mail 2012, on Windows 7 PC. The email addresses we use are AOL and downloaded via IMAP. everything seems fine with most email except - one company we deal with on a regular basis, their emails won't print, all other emails print fine.
You click on print and the menu closes, but nothing happens, it doesn't sit in the print queue, just nothing.
Have tried doing the repair Microsoft essentials - doesn't work. This issue is on all 4 PC's in the office so I imagine it is something to do with the default email settings, could it be their emails are in a different format??
