I had a problem with WLM yesterday morning so uninstalled and expected to reinstall only to find the program had been deleted 2 days before. Didn't realise it wasn't a standalone package.

Went to MS for help, they didn't know initially that it had been deleted and we wasted a lot of time trying to reinstall it. I now have a standalone copy but it won't install because

I have found these files which may be blocking it but the system won't let me delete them. If that is the answer, how do I authorise myself and if it isn't, what is? Any help very welcome as I have hundreds of inaccessible emails at present.
