Windows Live Mail 2012 will not let me open attachements
For a while now I have not been able to open attachments using Windows Live mail.  Work around is to do a "save as" and then open from desktop or the documents folder.  So attachments are not corrupted and they do have the correct file extension.  I have searched through the community and have tried a few of the recommendations,  None seem to work.  Wording if there is anything new out there to try?

Operating system is Windows 7 Professional, 2009, Service Pack 1.
