HI all,

Would be grateful for any help on this issue please ?  Running Windows Live Mail 2012 and getting error message "cannot download new messages from IMAP server". 

When I close the error box, I get a message stating 

"Windows Live Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."

I can still send emails and can access by account via gmail but I have no idea why windows has suddenly gone wrong. 

Any help would be appreciated please - and especially in plain English as I'm not very techie!
