After running Adobe Photoshop and InDesign CS5 on my PC, I recently upgraded to Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6.  After installing this software and downloading all updates for the software, I rebooted.

First I get an error message that reads:

‘There was a problem that caused parts of the Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled. You might not be able to sign in to Windows Live in some programs. The problem may have been caused by a program that was recently installed. For more information go to: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Linkid=144689’

The link given takes you to MS Outlook webpage where I would log into my Hotmail Account.  It doesn’t assist at all.

Then as the message suggests, I found that I couldn’t open Windows Live Mail 2012  That was on 23 March 2015.  Previously I had not had any problems using WLM at all.

I have tried doing a repair of ‘Windows Live Essentials’ but that hasn’t made any difference.

Clearly I don’t want to get rid of the new Adobe software given the price and the fact I know of other people who have run it OK.

Any assistance would be gratefully received.  My PC System is:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit, 8 GB RAM  circa 600GB empty disk space on C: drive.

The Adobe package I loaded includes:

Photoshop CS6 Extended

Flash Professional CS6

Illustrator CS6

InDesign CS6

Dreamweaver CS6

Fireworks CS6

Acrobat X Pro

Bridge CS6

Media Encoder CS6

Any help gratefully received.

Graham
