I can not send or get mail in a new created Hotmail account in Windows Live Mail 2012, latest updated version, I get:

Servererror: 3219,

Server: https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx 

Windows Live Mail Error-ID: 0x8DE00005.

It works ok to receive and send mail in www.outlook.com but not in Windows Live Mail 2012.

I have tried in 2 different computers, one with Windows 7 Home 64 and the other with Windows 10 Home 64.

Both computers have also other hotmail, livemail and msn-accounts that works ok in Live Mail 2012.

It seems like it is something problem with this new creeated hotmail account.

In Live Mail 2012 I can add the new account, with no error, I get a row with the account name, but it does not show the Inbox, Sent Box.  I can also RightClick on the accountline  and add a new folder name that shows in Live mail but it does not show up in webmail www.outlook.com. 

Another thing is that I have verified the account in www.outlook.com but it never asked about verifying in Live Mail.

I have also deleted the account in Windows Live Mail 2012 in both computers and add the account again, but still the same error message.

Hope to get help, and also wonder if Microsoft could try something with exactly this specific account?
