I have bright house business  at the office and as of about three weeks ago when I try to log in to get me mail (verizon) I get the following message.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Verizon       account. The connection to the server has failed.

Port: 995

Socket Error: 10060

here is the kicker, when I take the laptop home  via wireless I can retrieve the email but at work on a LAN connection I cant. Same with my cell phone (verizon) If I attempt to download my email via wireless at work I cant. If i take it off of wireless and use data at work I can down load the email.  It worked fine until a few weeks ago. 

 I have had bright house come out and change routers at work, I have checked my settings. I dont know what changed to make this begin.
