Windows 10 started installation before I could cancel the installation.

I had several problems with WLM using Windows 10.  Microsoft required a login each time I opened Windows 10.  My E-mail accounts required a login and password each time I opened WLM.

I reverted back to Windows 7.  Every time I open WLM in Windows 7 a window opens “Windows Live Mail Storage Recovery, Recovering the Windows Live Mail Database.”  The first time old mail was posted in triplicates.  Some of the old mail could be deleted and other copies could not be deleted.

How do I clear the notice “Windows Live Mail Storage Recovery, Recovering the Windows Live Mail Database?” It takes three to four minutes to open WLM while WLM goes through the recovery process.
