There was a power-cut at my house and since then my Windows live mail 2012 does not work.

Windows Live Mail 2012 just hangs when I start up the application.

It says "Starting with a blue circle spinning but never starts up".

Sometimes it comes with a 0x800CCC0D Error Code. other times it just hangs.

I have tried a repair several times, but no changes with starting up the application.

I have Uninstalled the Windows Essentials with following the steps advised by previous posts, and then re-installing Windows Essentials but the problem still persists.

I am able to successfully send mail from windows live mail when with the right click option but opening up the application does not work.

I tried a system restore as well but problem still persists.

I have tried every-thing and really don't know what else to do.

can someone please help me.

I am using windows 10 on my laptop.
