Hi, I'm a computer tech, I got a customer yesterday morning that was asking to export his outlook 2013 contact and then import them into live mail 2012. So I did an export from outlook 2013 with comma separated values and then tried to import it into windows live mail 2012, first issue was that all field was under one check mark to modify the field mapping. I also tried it on my personal computer and I saw all the fields, but I tried several combination of choice and the maximum amount of contact I got was 822 on a total of 1006 contacts. It seems like live mail get rid of certain contacts.

PS: everything is in french so I assume that is a accents issue, how can I fix it?
