Im running a 64 bit version of Windows 7, and when I boot up Windows Live Mail it get stuck on the load screen and the spinning icon just rotates endlessly.

Ive tried the following

1.  Clearing the cache from Appdata->Local->Windows Essentials

2.  Tried to repair through control panel -> Uninstall/Change

3.  Uninstalled and reinstalled

None of that worked.  This all happened after I installed an update today, however since then I restored to a point before the update and Mail still wont launch.  It is running in the processes and I can even hear that it is downloading new mail and see that in the right system tray, but the screen never changes from the launch screen.
