Unable to send or receive messages for the Btinternet (c.wright73) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your username and password for this account.

I use Windows Live Mail 2012 and today I started getting the above message ... and I am unable to receive OR send emails to my email account.

The other FOUR emails work OK.

I have checked the server details and passwords - all OK

I have deleted this email account and set it up fresh ... still no luck!

I have run Windows Essential 2012 Repair

Incidentally this email account works OK on my husbands laptop ... but he uses Windows Live Mail 2011.

PLEASE can someone help ... as this is my main default email.    I have run out of ideas ...
