Whenever I close Windows Live Mail 2012, I get an error message "Windows Live Mail Has Stopped Working".

I get this message even though I've already closed the program.  I have tried "repairing" the program through Uninstall/change and have also reinstalled Win 8.1.  "Checking online for a solution" and "restarting mail program" did not work.
