I'm running Windows Live Mail 2012 on my Windows 10 laptop.   I have a Hotmail account.

When I make update or add contacts directly outlook.com or through a mobile device active synced, both outlook.com and all active synced mobile devices see the contact updates, but Windows Live Mail on my laptop either does not see the update at all or only sees a partial update, e.g. only phone number but not email or any other information.

The contacts sync used to work perfectly before.   The contact syncing problem has been a recent issue (< 6 months).

If anyone has solutions, I'd appreciate hearing about it.    If there's an issue and Microsoft could fix it, that would also be most helpful.
