can someone please help I'm having an issue with windows live mail 2012 I can receive emails but not send them just wondered if anybody has had this issue or can solve it I have tried googling it but no joy. here is what im getting

I put it category outlook.com as I'm thinking its the same thing but maybe wrong and couldn't see specifically live mail
