on windows 10 i am still using windows live mail 2012 , trying to sign in with freshly updated password , but screen comes back saying password incorrect yet i am using it to connect now with microsoft so it cant be incorrect ,, also windows live mail 2012 wont let me sign into email providers server using same password there as always have done and i cannot recieve or send emails , all works fine on my phone luckily but i have over 10000 emails i need to delete off server but cannot sign in to their server to do this , i have been connecting with no problem up til now ,

is there a better more stable hassle free email service and why does microsoft not upgrade email programme to be more app based and easy to use? HELP..

last succesful email check on this computer was back in November!

p.s i have many folders that i need to access past saved email messages that would need exporting to a new email programme if it comes to that!
