My YAHOO email accounts stopped receiving emails via Windows Live Mail 2012 after I upgraded to Windows 8.1 (from Windows 8). Sending is fine.

Also my new OUTLOOK email account does not synchronize.

GMAIL accounts are fine.

How can I get them to sync please?
