Like others in another thread I cannot sign in.

It started last month when I received a notification that in unexpected activity had been noted on my account, which advised to change my passwords.

Which I duly did on my three btinternet accounts.

Ever since then I have been unable to receive any mail.

I thought it must be my fault so I attempted to change the passwords back. I then kept on getting the message

-- use a new password not recently used.

When trying to open any of the accounts the download the authorizing box comes up and then comes up that POP3 has timed out and cannot receive mail and another box comes up asking me to sign in again -- with black dots for the password.

Still nothing happens.

At the moment I have logged into Yahoo Mail which downloads EVERYTHING.  347 this morning at least I am getting something.

Would it be any advantage to reload WLM from the discs??

How on earth can I get out of this -- I am in no way a techie --being 78 years of age.

One step answers if it can be done please?
