I have a W7 desktop computer running Windows Live Mail 2011.  I have been using Windows Live Mail offline without difficulty for years.  Yesterday my offline contact list completely disappeared.  I was able to upload a duplicate set of contacts from my laptop to an old Microsoft ID account and then reversed the process from the Microsoft account to my desktop.  Now I  want to sync my contacts from my desktop to a new Microsoft ID account I just created.  When I signed onto the new Microsoft account from Windows Live Mail, it said that the new account has no contacts.  How do I get it to automatically sync my contacts from the offline Windows Live Mail contact list to the new Windows Live ID?  It happened automatically when I signed onto the old Microsoft account from my laptop.
