I've been running Windows Live Mail 2011 for many years without problems and it's been fine since upgrading my PC to Windows 10. But from today when I try and open the program all I get is 'Starting...' and then nothing save an error message to say 'Cannot start...'. I've tried repairing the program via the Control Panel but to no avail. Suggestions?
