Sorry I know that this question has been asked before, looking at the posts, but I have followed those instructions and have had no joy. Have rebooted about a trillion times, restored to previous date, done the repaid windows live bit in uninstall programs and still nothing. The blue circle just keep son running, but it WLM doesn't open.

We are using Windows 7.

Any ideas (apart from the ones above) please?
