On my WLM I have a POP3 account (my primary acct), Outlook and Gmail. I use the WLM Storage Folders for all the emails that I wish to keep. It is very easy to use with drag & drop from my various Inbox's to these Storage Folders.
Question: Are there any problems associated with using the WLM Storage Folders instead of the Gmail Storage Folder for saving Gmail emails and the Outlook storage instead of using the Outlook Archive? This keeps all my Emails stored on my pc in one location (WLM Storage Folders) in a sub-set of named storage folders.
Note that I also use these accounts on my android tablet. When sending on the POP3 account I copy to my WLM pc (otherwise there is no pc copy) but when using the Gmail it should all be automatically duplicated. The tablet usage is very much a low priority so 'loss' of emails when I move them to WLM Storage on my pc is of no concern.
Thanks
Ron
