Good Afternoon, I have a dell Laptop running windows 7 and i use windows live mail 2011, a couple of weeks ago it was fine, no updates were downloaded, nothing added to my machine and then it just stopped working, i click on the icon on the taskbar, i get the windows live mail 2011 is starting modal and a spinning loading icon, but thats it, it never actually starts, the program is running as i get notifications of mails coming in, and i can open a new e-mail from the taskbar but the live mail itself does not open, i have had a tech guy from microsoft spend 2 hours remote operating my machine and tried to repair it, uninstall and reinstall, and do lot of other things but eventually she had to say she could not fix it, i have seen a few other posts about this, can anyone fix this issue as it's causing me real issues.
