Have been using roadrunner for several years, no problems. Several weeks ago we were losing access 4-5 times a day but it always came back after 15-30 minutes. 3 days ago I lost the ability to receive email. Get a message that password is incorrect.
Then this error message.
I have talked to Time Warner and can log onto their web site and send and receive email so I know the password is correct. I can send email from Win Live Mail, but cannot receive. My wife has the same problem on a different computer and email address. Please
help.
