I am a current user of Win10, and for quite some time I have not been able to click on a linked address without it taking me to Win Live 12 mail and then not being able to send it.  This applies to Hotmail and Gmail.  I was or am under the impression that live mail 12 is no longer valid and as such has been digested by the Win12 update. So, for all practical uses, live 12 is worthless to me.  Can I delete it from my system?  I don't use outlook express. It's just what has been provided to me via Win10>Mail<.  Can you help me to understand this?
