I use Windows Live Mail and there is no Junk Email folder in my account. Junk emails are being filtered and I can label emails as Junk and they disappear, but a Junk Email folder does not appear in my list of folders, so I cannot check it. I have tried
the fix that involves Compact View, but Junk Email does not appear on the full lit of folders. Is anyone able to help? Thanks.
