I am trying to close my Windows Live ID account associated with Outlook.com, however I receive a message stating that I cannot close the account until I have cancelled "...any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with [my] Microsoft account".  I have already cancelled my Xbox Live music pass, but I do have 84 points remaining on my account which I do not wish to use; I cannot simply zero out the balance as there is nothing that costs 84 points on the Zune marketplace.

Again, I do not wish to use the points.  I simply want to close this Windows Live ID account.  Please provide assistance in this matter as soon as possible.
