suddenly it doesn't work fully , is there a type of way to find out why whats wrong, . do I need to re download something on windows 7 I don't want to upgrade, I hate computers, I can only use what I am taught, I never understand the lingo.  it wont crop only allows u to turn it left rotate . about to throw windows  thru the window, excuse the pun.
