I'm unable to log into my Windows Live Gallery. I keep getting told that it is no longer available because of "security issues". Personally, I think the thieving employees are using this excuse to keep the photos for themselves instead allowing the consumer access to their pictures. My other computer is acting up and I'm unable to log into it. The only reason I allowed the pictures to be saved to Windows Live was as a back up of a back up. And now that my husband needs his pictures for class and I need my pictures for memories, I can't get to them. I want this resolved now, or I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
