I have today installed Windows Live Family Safety on my Windows 7 computer.  Each time that I have tried to sign in I have not been able to do so. I tried signing in to my "Hotmail" account and was able to do so without any difficulty. Every time I try to sign in I get this error message. "We cannot sign you in because the network isn't available. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and try again." The error code it also gives is

80048848. I have checked numerous time and I am definitely connected to the internet. Would anyone please be able to help with this?
