I have downloaded and installed Windows essentials 2012. Whenever I try to login to Windows Live Family Safety, I get an Error 803D0010 - This PC cannot connect to the internet (Please note that my internet is working normally otherwise).

I have tried all possible solutions available on the Microsoft answers website(from modifying registry to checking proxy settings - none of which worked). Kindly help me in solving this problem.
