Good afternoon.  I am having a heck of a time with this one.  I wanted to install Windows Essentials 2012.  It says that another program is preventing it from installing.  Every component installs properly except for Windows Live Mail.  I have seen many, many steps on the internet and here are the ones I have tried.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it.  I have used Microsoft Fix it.  I have uninstalled my McAfee and made sure my Windows Firewall was on.  I have tried running a clean boot.  I restarted the computer and tried again as it was possible another program was installing.  I tried installing in Safe Mode.

I have been working on this all day, to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated very much.  Thanks.
