Hello Microsoft

My Windows Essentials 2012 apps are not working, Movie Maker, Mail, you name it. 

I have searched for days and days looking at forum threads, reinstalling, I did anything I could. But all the time whenever I run a Windows Essentials app, it says:

"Movie Maker has stopped working. Windows is looking for a solution to the problem". Then it prompts me to close the app, and I can't use it.

I even downgraded to Windows Live Essentials 2011, but still the same result.

I love Movie Maker, so I hope somebody can help me.
