Family Safety 2011 was working fine and today I wanted to edit my son's screen time and when I selected the screen time I just got the continuous circle indicating it was "thinking". That last 5 minutes. I tried many things to correct the problem: removing my son from family safety, adding him back, nothing changed. I uninstalled family safety and reinstalled it. Still no change! The problem seems to be with how family safety is trying to access the screen time part of the settings but can't. And this is consistent with both my son and my daughter's account too. I don't think it is my computer. I think it is the website's program page. Unfortunately, since I can't change my son's settings, he can't go on the computer unless I disable the family safety monitoring!!! This needs to be fixed asap!!! See below that the Product I chose is incorrect but that is because Family Safety is not listed!!!
