Hello

I have two identical live mail accounts in my start up and they used to sync together perfectly and then one stopped syncing while the other continued to.  I would really like the one that isnt working to sync because my partner can no longer get emails on his phone. 

this is the error message that appears

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live.com (cowboyindustries) account. Server Error: 3219 Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

It is now under Windows Essentials > Windows Live Mail > Sync and Update
