I have been using Windows Live to receive my comcast emails up to noon today.  I put the computer in hibernate and came back later to check for new emails but I cannot receive emails.  This is the second time this has happened.  The first time, several weeks ago it fixed itself after about 10 hours of waiting.  What do i need to do to receive my new emails?  I am using Comcast/Xfinity.  The error code is 0x100ccc0f.  Why would it just stop receiving new emails?
